An excellent razor!, November 9, 2009 By This review is from: Braun 150 FreeControl Shaver (Health and Beauty) I have never been able to wet shave, as my sensitive skin burns when treated to a razor - indeed, after wet shaving, the pores along my jaw line would literally bleed. So, I consider myself an electric shaver expert. I just recently junked an expensive, but inferior razor, and decided to try the Braun Series 1 1-150 razor. Well, I was not disappointed!
This very nice razor charges quickly, gives a very good shave, and is washable - a very nice feature. It fits in the hand nicely, and the plastic cover holds on quite well (I actually shave in the car during my morning commute, so I need a razor that can stand up to above normal abuse). The precision trimmer snaps out, works well, and then snaps in with a flick of the thumb.
So, let me just sum up by saying that I put heavy use into a razor, and need one that takes the abuse and does its job without fail. The Braun Series 1 1-150 lives up to my needs, and I am very happy with it. Take the advice of one who knows,... Read more

This razor does a good job and is just what I was looking for.

The details that didn't let me give this amazing shaver 5 stars are two: 1. It is really noisy, it is not annoying, but it is still very noisy for a small shaver like this. And 2. 8 hours of charging for just 20 minutes of use sucks really bad. At least I keep mine always plugged in so it is always ready to give me another smooth shave.
After that it is an amazing shaver. And it is easy to clean and it has a little grease for if you clean it with water so you can keep it working fine.
